Summer Robotics League
We are excited to announce a robotics summer league that starts registering in April, 2020. This is limited to the first 32 teams. This is open for FIRST Lego League and FIRST Tech Challenge. This will be using “HydroDynamics” and “Velocity Vortex” challenges.

FIRST Tech Challenge League Information
Each metro league will consist of approximately 32 teams. Advancement will be based on total number of teams competing in each leagues League Tournament. Advancement will be based on official FIRST advancement criteria. Links below are direct links to FTC SCORES website or manual reports from our official scoring systems.
FIRST Lego League Qualifier Information
Each FIRST Lego League team registered in the Rio Grande Valley will be expected to attend one official qualifier. During this event, teams will compete on the table challenge and participate in judging sessions to identify possible potential for awards. Decisions by the judging panel is final. Coaches are expected to know the scoring and judging process. If the team fails to attend their qualifier, they forfeit their opportunity to compete.
